WSYR-TV Oswego Mayor Billy Barlow just announced a grant of 30000 to go towards Harborfest 2022. Also on Monday Oswego Mayor Billy Barlow announced his administration would host a downtown block party on Sunday July 4 culminating in a fireworks display a nod to the traditional grand finale on the closing night of Harborfest. The city of Oswego has used approximately 200000 of the 189 million in funds made available by the Federal Governments American Rescue Plan.
